Florida is famous for its’ beaches.  I believe that the beaches between St. Augustine and Flagler Beach are some of the prettiest that Florida has to offer.

There is a place just south of Matanzas Inlet called Summer Haven.  The water in this area is not very deep if there is any water here at all at low tide, but when the tide is high, there is almost always someone here fishing.  The beach here at Summer Haven is lined with beach homes, some of them appear to be abandoned; others are lived in.

I have taken a series of images of this location back in June.  I had been hoping for that special shot each time I go back.  Here are a few of the shots that were taken at this location.

I will be going back to try again until I get something that I am really happy with.  This is a very pretty stretch of beach.
