A Trip to Marineland, Florida

I love the beach! As I stand here along the ocean’s edge, I can smell the salty sea air, feel a cool breeze blowing and hear the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. I can see the endless sea in front of me and the colorful clouds above as the sun is setting behind me. There is something about the beach that is both soothing and captivating as it brings peace to my very soul.

A couple of weeks ago I drove to the beach to see what images I could get. The tide was high and I got my feet wet photographing the rocks as the water washed over them. It was such a relaxing trip, I need to do it more often.

This next image was taken at the inter-coastal waterway in Crescent Beach using the drone. This time it was low tide. The dark patches you see here are oyster beds peaking above the surface of the water.
